Dave Cloutier (David Lee Cloutier) was born on November 22, 1938 in Gardiner, Maine. After going to high school at Gardiner (ME), Cloutier attended the University of Maine and the University of South Carolina. Cloutier made his professional debut in the AFL in 1964 with the Boston Patriots. He played for the Boston Patriots for his entire 1 year career.
