Dave Burnette (David Lynn Burnette) was born on March 24, 1961 in Parkin, Arkansas. After going to high school at Parkin (AR), Burnette attended the University of Arkansas and the University of Central Arkansas. Burnette made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys for his entire 1 year career.
