Born on March 30, 1938 in Tucson, Arizona, Dave Baldwin (David George Baldwin) played for the Washington Senators, Milwaukee Brewers and Chicago White Sox over the course of his 6 year career. Baldwin broke into the bigs on September 6, 1966 with the Washington Senators, and put up a 1.70 ERA in 68.2 innings pitched in 1967, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Dave Baldwin's best season was 1967, when he posted a 1.70 ERA, notched 12 saves and struck out 52 batters.
