Dave Baker (David Lee Baker) was born on July 30, 1937 in Coffeyville, Kansas. After going to high school at Bartlesville (OK), Baker attended the University of Oklahoma. Baker made his professional debut in the NFL in 1959 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the San Francisco 49ers for his entire 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1960 was Dave Baker's best year, as he picked off 10 passes.
