Dave Augustine (David Ralph Augustine) was born on November 28, 1949 in Follansbee, West Virginia. He made his Major League debut on September 3, 1973 for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Augustine played for the Pittsburgh Pirates for his entire 2 year career.
