Darrol Ray (Darrol Anthony Ray) was born on June 25, 1958 in San Francisco, California. After going to high school at Killeen (TX), Ray attended the University of Oklahoma. Ray made his professional debut in the NFL in 1980 with the New York Jets. He played for the New York Jets for his entire 5 year career.
Most people believe that 1981 was Darrol Ray's best year, as he picked off 7 passes and ran back 2 interceptions for touchdowns.
