Danny Copeland (Danny Lamar Copeland) was born on January 24, 1966 in Camilla, Georgia. After going to high school at Central (Thomasville, GA), Copeland attended Eastern Kentucky University. Copeland made his professional debut in the NFL in 1989 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Washington Redskins and Kansas City Chiefs over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that 1989 was Danny Copeland's best year, as he had 466 kick return yards.
