Dan Murray (Daniel Francis Murray) was born on October 20, 1966 in Teaneck, New Jersey. After going to high school at Vernon Township (Vernon, NJ), Murray attended East Stroundsburg University. Murray made his professional debut in the NFL in 1989 with the Indianapolis Colts. He played for the New York Jets and Indianapolis Colts over the course of his 2 year career.
