Dan Mcilhany (Joe Daniel McIlhaney) was born on January 12, 1943 in Brownwood, Texas. After going to high school at South Houston (TX), Mcilhany attended Texas Agricultural and Mechanical University. Mcilhany made his professional debut in the NFL in 1965 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the Los Angeles Rams for his entire 1 year career.
