Damon Buford (Damon Jackson Buford) was born on June 12, 1970 in Baltimore, Maryland. He made his Major League debut on May 4, 1993 for the Baltimore Orioles. In 1995, his rookie year, he hit .202 with 4 home runs and 14 RBI. Buford played for the Baltimore Orioles, New York Mets, Texas Rangers, Boston Red Sox and Chicago Cubs over the course of his 9 year career.

Most people believe that Damon Buford's best season was 2000, when he slugged 15 home runs.
