Damione Lewis (Damione Ray'mon Lewis) was born on March 1, 1978 in Sulphur Springs, Texas. After going to high school at Sulphur Springs (TX), Lewis attended the University of Miami. Lewis made his professional debut in the NFL in 2001 with the St. Louis Rams. He has played for the St. Louis Rams and Carolina Panthers over the course of his 6 year career.

Most people believe that 2004 was Damione Lewis's best year, as he recorded 5 sacks.
