Dalton Hoffman (Dalton John Hoffman) was born on December 23, 1941 in Ballinger, Texas. After going to high school at Ballinger (TX), Hoffman attended Baylor University. Hoffman made his professional debut in the AFL in 1964 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Houston Oilers for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1964 was Dalton Hoffman's best year.
