Born on January 25, 1956 in Cleveland, Ohio, Dale Mohorcic (Dale Robert Mohorcic) played for the Texas Rangers, New York Yankees and Montreal Expos over the course of his 5 year career. Mohorcic broke into the bigs on May 31, 1986 with the Texas Rangers, and put up a 2.51 ERA in 79 innings pitched in 1986, his rookie year.
Most people believe that Dale Mohorcic's best season was 1987, when he posted a 2.99 ERA and notched 16 saves.
