Dale Markham (Dale Jon Markham) was born on July 24, 1957 in Whitewater, Wisconsin. After going to high school at Whitewater (WI), Markham attended the University of North Dakota. Markham made his professional debut in the NFL in 1980 with the New York Giants. He played for the St. Louis Cardinals and New York Giants over the course of his 2 year career.
