Born on September 30, 1874 in Lodi, Ohio, Cy Vorhees (Henry Bert Vorhees) played for the Washington Senators and Philadelphia Phillies over the course of his 1 year career. Vorhees broke into the bigs on April 17, 1902 with the Washington Senators, and put up a 3.94 ERA in 61.2 innings pitched in 1902, his rookie year.
