Curtis Mcclinton (Curtis Realious McClinton) was born on June 25, 1939 in Mukogee, Oklahoma. After going to high school at North (Wichita, KS), Mcclinton attended the University of Kansas. Mcclinton made his professional debut in the AFL in 1962 with the Dallas Texans. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs and Dallas Texans over the course of his 8 year career.

Most people believe that 1965 was Curtis Mcclinton's best year, as he ran for 661 yards, ran in 6 TDs, hauled in 37 receptions and had 590 receiving yards.
