Curtis Garrett (Curtis L. Garrett) was born on June 9, 1962 in Chicago Heights, Illinois. After going to high school at Thornton Township (Harvey, IL), Garrett attended Illinois State University and the University of Illinois. Garrett made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 1 year career.
