Culpepper traded to Dolphins

The Minnesota Vikings traded Daunte Culpepper to the Miami Dolphins for a second round pick. This move helps the Dolphins fill their QB need. Culpepper had a monster 2004 season throwing for 4717 and 39 TDs. Injury limited Culpepper in 2005.

A number of thoughts. 1) I think Culpepper will have trouble in the AFC East. The AFC East will be smart teams, well coached, with smart defenses. 2) Miami better block for him or he will either get injured again or fumble, he has real fumble problems. 3) This really screws up the draft. Because of this, Brees will likely end up in New Orleans. That would mean NO is no longer taking a QB 2. If the Jets don't take a QB that means at best 1 QB goes to Tenn., one to Oakland, and one to Az. All of a suddent instead of 3 QBs going in the top 4 or so picks, Vince Yound or Jay Cutler could find themselves really falling in this draft.
