Craig Robinson (Craig George Robinson) was born on August 21, 1948 in Abington, Pennsylvania. He made his Major League debut on September 9, 1972 for the Philadelphia Phillies. In 1973, his rookie year, he hit .226 with 0 home runs and 7 RBI. Robinson played for the Philadelphia Phillies, Atlanta Braves and San Francisco Giants over the course of his 6 year career.
