Craig Jay (Craig Adam Jay) was born on February 5, 1963 in Miami, Florida. After going to high school at Miami Springs (FL), Jay attended Miami Dade College and Mount Senario College. Jay made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 1 year career.
