Craig Birdsong (Craig Birdsong) was born on August 16, 1964 in Kaufman, Texas. After going to high school at Kaufman (TX), Birdsong attended the University of North Texas. Birdsong made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Houston Oilers for his entire 1 year career.
