Coy Bacon

Coy Bacon (Lander McCoy Bacon) was born on August 30, 1942 in Cadiz, Kentucky. After going to high school at Ironton (OH), Bacon attended Jackson State University. Bacon made his professional debut in the NFL in 1968 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the Los Angeles Rams, Washington Redskins, San Diego Chargers and Cincinnati Bengals over the course of his 14 year career.
Most people believe that 1973 was Coy Bacon's best year, as he ran back an interception for a touchdown.
