Cowboys to steal Chargers DC

ESPN and several other outlets are reporting that the Dallas Cowboys have made an offer to San Diego Chargers defensive coordinator Wade Phillips to become their next head coach. Phillips' penchant for an aggressive 3-4 defense may have sealed the deal. No official word from Phillips or the Cowboys at this point.
