Cosmo Iacavazzi (Cosmo Joseph Iacavazzi) was born on August 18, 1943 in Scranton, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at West (Scranton, PA), Iacavazzi attended Princeton University. Iacavazzi made his professional debut in the AFL in 1965 with the New York Jets. He played for the New York Jets for his entire 1 year career.
