Corey Chamblin (Corey Jermaine Chamblin) was born on May 29, 1977 in Birmingham, Alabama. After going to high school at Ensley (Birmingham, AL), Chamblin attended Tennessee Institute of Technology. Chamblin made his professional debut in the NFL in 1999 with the Jacksonville Jaguars. He played for the Jacksonville Jaguars for his entire 1 year career.
