Conrad Rucker (Conrad Robert Rucker) was born on November 15, 1954 in Cincinnati, Ohio. After going to high school at Withrow (Cincinnati, OH), Rucker attended Southern University. Rucker made his professional debut in the NFL in 1978 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Houston Oilers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers over the course of his 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1979 was Conrad Rucker's best year.
