- 9 Florida at #1 LSU-I'm taking Florida LSU has a great defense and Florida has a great offense. This should be a good one but I think that Florida will be extremely motivated and pull off the upset. Look what Florida did last time they were given NO chance against a #1 opponent. Im not saying this is going to be a 41-14 route but I do think Florida will pull the upset in a great game.
- 5 Wisconsin at Illinois- I like Wisconsin, this team is looking alot like the 2002 Buckeyes they like to win ugly. Illinois is very good but the program is young, they'll keep it close but I cant see them beating Wisconsin.
- 10 Oklahoma vs. #19 Texas- This is a game where either Oklahoma is going to come in and just route the Horns like 63-19 or Texas will keep it very close and win a sloppy game like 24-19 or something. This is by far the hardest game for me to call out of all of them for me however im guessing that most people think that Oklahoma is just going to blow away Texas. However I'm going to go the other way on this one, I think the Longhorns will have studied alot of the Colorado tape and look to keep it close and sloppy. Oklahoma runs the table in dominating form after this game though.
- 15 Virginia Tech vs. #22Clemson- Not too exciting of a game. I'm taking Virginia Tech.
- 24 Kansas State vs. Kansas-It is at home for K-State and Kansas is good but not that good, not Horns good. And K-State did beat the Horns last week.
- 4 Ohio State at #23 Purdue- Ohio State has a great defense and can definately play offense (see Boeckman-Robiskie) and Purdue has a great offense. I like OSU tho, Purdue will have a solid season but I think that overall OSU is the better team.
- 20 Cincinatti at #21 Rutgers-Admittedly this is not the Cincinatti Football team I expected to be undefeated at this point in the season. Cincinatti is untested in my opinion and Rutgers must be mad after an early unexpected loss to Maryland. I'm taking Rutgers.
Notre Dame at UCLA-UCLA will win this game. Although Notre Dame has a chance because as good a job as Carl Dorrell has done with UCLA he might have them a few more key wins if UCLA wasnt sleeping in games like the Utah game and the Florida State game last year and in the Arizona game of '05. So if UCLA goes to sleep a much improved Notre Dame squad will have a chance but i dont see the Bruins zoning out im taking UCLA 25-21.
- 25 Nebraska at #17 Missouri- I like Nebraska if Keller can get a streaky offense clicking then Nebraska should win especially since Missouri is coming off a bye
Utah at Louisville- Utah is still figuring out who and what they are whereas Louisville knows exactly who and what they are. They are the Bengals of college Football, great offense no defense. I'm taking Louisville, theyve gotta be motivated after that recent lapse and have u seen Brian Brohm's arm?
