Born on January 4, 1967 in Denver, Colorado, Clint Zavaras (Clinton Wayne Zavaras) played for the Seattle Mariners for his entire 1 year career. Zavaras broke into the bigs on June 3, 1989 with the Seattle Mariners, and put up a 5.19 ERA in 52 innings pitched in 1989, his rookie year.
