Cliff Marker (Clifford Norwell Marker) was born on June 13, 1903 in Tacoma, Washington. After going to high school at Stadium (Tacoma, WA), Marker attended Washington State Universtiy. Marker made his professional debut in the NFL in 1926 with the Canton Bulldogs. He played for the New York Giants and Canton Bulldogs over the course of his 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1926 was Cliff Marker's best year, as he ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
