Clendon Thomas (Bobby Clendon Thomas) was born on December 28, 1935 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Southeast (Oklahoma City, OK), Thomas attended the University of Oklahoma. Thomas made his professional debut in the NFL in 1958 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Los Angeles Rams over the course of his 11 year career.

Most people believe that 1964 was Clendon Thomas's best year.
