Claude Gibson

Claude Gibson (Claude Gibson) was born on May 26, 1939 in Spruce Pine, North Carolina. After going to high school at Lee H. Edwards (Asheville, NC), Gibson attended North Carolina State University. Gibson made his professional debut in the AFL in 1961 with the San Diego Chargers. He played for the Oakland Raiders and San Diego Chargers over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that 1962 was Claude Gibson's best year, as he picked off 8 passes and ran back an interception for a touchdown.
