Clarke Fischer (Clarke John Fischer) was born on March 30, 1900 in Hermansville, Michigan. After going to high school at Marquette Academy (Milwaukee, WI), Fischer attended Campion College, Catholic College and Marquette University. Fischer made his professional debut in the NFL in 1926 with the Milwaukee Badgers. He played for the Milwaukee Badgers for his entire 1 year career.
