Clarence Peaks (Clarence Earl Peaks) was born on September 23, 1925 in Flint, Michigan. After going to high school at Central (Flint, MI), Peaks attended Michigan State University. Peaks made his professional debut in the NFL in 1957 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles and Pittsburgh Steelers over the course of his 9 year career.

Most people believe that 1961 was Clarence Peaks's best year, as he ran in 5 TDs.
