Clarence Jones (Clarence Woodrow Jones) was born on November 7, 1941 in Zanesville, Ohio. He made his Major League debut on April 20, 1967 for the Chicago Cubs. In 1967, his rookie year, he hit .252 with 2 home runs and 16 RBI. Jones played for the Chicago Cubs for his entire 2 year career.
