Clarence Ellis (Clarence Joseph Ellis, Jr.) was born on February 11, 1950 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. After going to high school at Central (Grand Rapids, MI), Ellis attended the University of Notre Dame. Ellis made his professional debut in the NFL in 1972 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons for his entire 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1974 was Clarence Ellis's best year, as he picked off 3 passes.
