Clancy Kelly (Clarence Ashley Kelly) was born on October 29, 1898 in Duncan, Oklahoma. Kelly attended none. Kelly made his professional debut in the NFL in 1922 with the Toledo Maroons. He played for the Orange Tornadoes, Buffalo Rangers, Rochester Jeffersons, Buffalo All-Americans and Toledo Maroons over the course of his 5 year career.
