Chuck Sieminski (Charles Leo Sieminski) was born on July 3, 1940 in Swoyersville, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Swoyersville (PA), Sieminski attended Pennsylvania State University. Sieminski made his professional debut in the NFL in 1963 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the San Francisco 49ers, Atlanta Falcons and Detroit Lions over the course of his 6 year career.

Most people believe that 1965 was Chuck Sieminski's best year.
