Chuck O'Neil (Charles Leo O'Neil)After going to high school at Michigan Military Academy (Ann Arbor, MI), O'Neil attended Phillips Community College. O'Neil made his professional debut in the APFA in 1921 with the Evansville Crimson Giants. He played in the APFA for 1 year, playing for the Evansville Crimson Giants the entire time. O'Neil also played in the NFL for 2 years, playing for the Toledo Maroons the entire time.
