Chuck Hurston (Charles Frederick Hurston) was born on November 9, 1942 in Columbus, Georgia. After going to high school at Jordan (Columbus, GA), Hurston attended Auburn University. Hurston made his professional debut in the AFL in 1965 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played in the AFL for 5 years, playing for the Kansas City Chiefs the entire time. Hurston also played in the NFL for 2 years, playing for the Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs over the course of his 2 year NFL career.
