Chuck Hiller (Charles Joseph Hiller) was born on October 1, 1934 in Johnsburg, Illinois. He made his Major League debut on April 11, 1961 for the San Francisco Giants. In 1961, his rookie year, he hit .237 with 2 home runs and 12 RBI. Hiller played for the San Francisco Giants, New York Mets, Philadelphia Phillies and Pittsburgh Pirates over the course of his 8 year career.

Most people believe that Chuck Hiller's best season was 1962, when he hit for a .276 average.
