Chuck Hill (Charles Kelley Hill) was born on July 13, 1904. After going to high school at Corydon (IA), Hill attended Iowa State University. Hill made his professional debut in the NFL in 1925 with the Rock Island Independents. He played in the NFL for 1 year, playing for the Rock Island Independents the entire time. Hill also played in the AFLG for 1 year, playing for the Rock Island Independents the entire time.
