Chuck Hajek (Charles Joseph Hajek) was born on November 11, 1910 in Chicago, Illinois. After going to high school at Morton (Cicero, IL), Hajek attended Northwestern University and the University of South Carolina. Hajek made his professional debut in the NFL in 1934 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 1 year career.
