Chuck Cecil (Charles Douglas Cecil) was born on November 8, 1964 in Red Bluff, California. After going to high school at Helix (La Mesa, CA), Cecil attended the University of Arizona. Cecil made his professional debut in the NFL in 1988 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers, Houston Oilers and Phoenix Cardinals over the course of his 7 year career.
Most people believe that 1988 was Chuck Cecil's best year, as he picked off 4 passes.
