Chuck Braidwood (Charles G. Braidwood) was born on October 15, 1903. Braidwood attended Loyola University Chicago and the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga. Braidwood made his professional debut in the NFL in 1930 with the Portsmouth Spartans. He played for the Cincinnati Reds, Chicago Cardinals, Cleveland Indians and Portsmouth Spartans over the course of his 4 year career.
