Chuck Beatty (Charles Beatty) was born on February 8, 1947 in Waxahachie, Texas. After going to high school at Turner (Waxahachie, TX), Beatty attended the University of North Texas. Beatty made his professional debut in the NFL in 1969 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers and St. Louis Cardinals over the course of his 4 year career.

Most people believe that 1970 was Chuck Beatty's best year, as he ran back an interception for a touchdown.
