Chuck Banks (Chuck Edward Banks) was born on January 4, 1964 in Baltimore, Maryland. After going to high school at Northwestern (Hyattsville, MD), Banks attended Ferrum College and West Virginia University Institute of Technology. Banks made his professional debut in the NFL in 1986 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Indianapolis Colts and Houston Oilers over the course of his 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1987 was Chuck Banks's best year.
