Chuck Baker (Charles Joseph Baker) was born on December 6, 1952 in Seattle, Washington. He made his Major League debut on April 7, 1978 for the San Diego Padres. Baker played for the San Diego Padres and Minnesota Twins over the course of his 3 year career.
