Chub Collins (Charles Augustus Collins) was born on October 12, 1857 in Dundas, Ontario (Canada). He made his Major League debut on May 1, 1884 for the Indianapolis Blues. In 1884, his rookie year, he hit .199 with 0 home runs and 20 RBI. Collins played for the Indianapolis Blues, Buffalo Bisons and Detroit Wolverines over the course of his 2 year career.
