Chris Stynes (Christopher Desmond Stynes) was born on January 19, 1973 in Queens, New York. He made his Major League debut on May 19, 1995 for the Kansas City Royals. In 1997, his rookie year, he hit .348 with 6 home runs and 28 RBI. Stynes played for the Kansas City Royals, Cincinnati Reds, Boston Red Sox, Chicago Cubs, Colorado Rockies and Pittsburgh Pirates over the course of his 10 year career.

Most people believe that Chris Stynes's best season was 2003, when he knocked in 73 runs.
