Chris Sabo (Christopher Andrew Sabo) was born on January 19, 1962 in Detroit, Michigan. He made his Major League debut on April 4, 1988 for the Cincinnati Reds. In 1988, his rookie year, he hit .271 with 11 home runs and 44 RBI. Sabo played for the Cincinnati Reds, Baltimore Orioles, St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago White Sox over the course of his 9 year career.

There is some disagreement on what was Chris Sabo's most productive season. Some believe that it was 1991, when he slugged 26 home runs, hit for a .301 average and knocked in 88 runs. However, others believe that it was 1988, when he stole 46 bases.
